Visitor's Consent to Personal Data Processing
1. General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relationship between LLC "Bloubel" ( hereinafter referred to as the Administration), located at: Barnaul, Vodnikov St. 1e, premises 5, TIN/CPP: 7743208562/222501001, and users of the website https://www.hyperfuel.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site).
1.2. The User is obliged to familiarize themselves with this Agreement before starting to use the Site. The use of the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
1.3. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site.
2. Terms and Definitions
2.1. Site – an internet resource located on the Internet at https://www.hyperfuel.ru.
2.2. User – any person who uses the Site.
2.3. Content – all objects posted on the Site, including textual, graphic, audiovisual, and other materials.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. Rights and Obligations of the User:
3.1.1. The User has the right to use the functionality of the Site in accordance with its purpose and the terms of this Agreement.
3.1.2. The User undertakes not to use the Site for illegal actions, dissemination of false information, spam, or other actions that violate the laws of the Russian Federation and the rights of third parties.
3.1.3. The User is responsible for the security of their account data (login and password) and for all actions taken under their account.
3.2. Rights and Obligations of the Administration:
3.2.1. The Administration has the right to change the design, content, and functionality of the Site at any time, to suspend or terminate the operation of the Site, and to make changes to this Agreement.
3.2.2. The Administration undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure the operability of the Site and to protect the personal data of Users.
3.2.3. The Administration is not responsible for temporary failures and interruptions in the operation of the Site and for the loss of information caused by such failures.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All objects posted on the Site, including design elements, text, graphics, images, audio and video materials, computer programs, databases, and other objects (hereinafter referred to as Content), are the exclusive rights of the Administration, Users, and other rights holders.
4.2. The use of Content without the permission of the rights holder is not allowed. Use includes reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, public display, and making it available to the public.
5. Personal Data
5.1. The processing of Users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy posted on the Site.
5.2. The Administration undertakes to take all necessary measures to protect the personal data of Users from unlawful access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.
6. Responsibility
6.1. The User is solely responsible for all actions taken using their account on the Site.
6.2. The Administration is not responsible for direct or indirect damages caused to the User or third parties as a result of the use or inability to use the Site, including possible virus infections, data loss, and other damages.
6.3. The Administration is not responsible for the content of sites to which links are posted on the Site.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
7.2. In case of disputes and disagreements related to the execution of this Agreement, the parties will seek to resolve them through negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiations, it is subject to consideration in court at the location of the Administration.
7.3. If for any reason one or more provisions of this Agreement are deemed invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.
7.4. This Agreement comes into force from the moment the User starts using the Site.
